Extreme-Temperature Sensors

Beyond 400° and into the heart of the hottest furnaces, we design custom thermocouples.

Our products

Thermocouples for extreme temperatures

Mineral-insulated or metal-sheathed thermocouples (TGM) in 316L stainless steel, AISI 310 refractory steel, Inconel or Kanthal, or ceramic-sheathed (TGC) with an intermediate sleeve in 316L stainless steel, refractory steel, Inconel or Kanthal.

Validated by frequent calibrations, including COFRAC-accredited testing.
Application examples

Applications for harsh environments

Steel- or ceramic-sheathed thermocouples deliver reliable, long-lasting monitoring at the highest temperatures.

🌱Environment

Waste incinerators, district heating plants and industrial boilers, wood-fired as well as biomass.

🍷Glassmaking

Temperature monitoring of plant and products during processing.

🔩Metalworking

Steel and aluminium foundries, through-hardening heat treatment, enamels and ceramics.
Which environments are they used in?

All types up to 1,800°, through the use of suitable materials and protective sheaths.

Every sensor is unique and designed for its environment.

Thread, flange, sliding or fixed fitting.

Thermocouples are wired in a 2-wire configuration, either directly to the connector of your choice or into a connection head with a terminal block or a 4-20 mA transmitter, so you can connect the cable from your measuring system.
